I LOVED THIS BOOK! Should be required reading in schools and colleges across the country.
If you are a thinking human being, you will relate to Etre's suffering and life predicament. I felt like I was living right there on the ranch with the cows. I guess that's what Keniff intended. EIther way, I read this book in less than 1 day. Didn't want to put it down. WARNING, it gets a bloody, and don't expect a happy ending. I'm not sure what to make of the ending actually. It leaves a lot of questions.
It has been on my mind for the last few days, and I cannot stop thinking about it. So, that's my review.
Good book, make that a very very good book.

Just bought the book! Can't wait to read it. My family raised a few cows when I was young, so Im looking forward to the memories. Seems interesting. Good luck.

Wow, what a great, short but powerful read about being powerless in today's society. I cannot stop thinking about it. I am also one of the "cows put out to pasture." Thanks for finding some beautiful words for this horrible feeling.
